The exhibition presents, by means of the plan documentation and retrospective series, the architectural collection, the work and the personality of the Zlín architect Viktor Jandásek. He followed up the activity of his father Josef Jandásek and worked in Zlín until 1948 when his company was nationalized and included into the so-called Ground Constructions. Besides, he was the author of the Trantírkov’s house, he designed the department store Lidmila, the inner reconstructions of the Culture House, he projected the construction of many Zlín villas (e.g. of JUDr. Hugo Förster) and some city rent and family houses which show his architectural style when considering the residential buildings. He is also the author of three guest houses above the swimming pool in the spa Luhačovice which were influenced by the poetic functionalism.
