The exhibition reflects the 85th anniversary of the organization of the First spring salon in Zlín. It is dedicated to the history of this phenomenon since the first years, during which the organizers were looking for ways to capture this exhibition format in the environment of a modern city, which was driven by the Baťa industrial enterprise. The exhibition presents the polarity of the then acquisition activities of the Baťa company, oscillating from a distinctly modernist pole, represented for example by the work of Jindřich Štyrský, to a realistically depicted celebration of the cult of the body and physical work expressed in a number of sculptures.
